Workflow Creation
The Arbiter.
Operators build and harden their own workflows within your company's structure and rules. New workflows are created and ratified inside the governance layer - not around it. Your operators move faster. Never outside policy.
Already in active internal dogfood testing on our own workflows.
Coaching and Delta Analysis
The gap between what was intended and what actually executed becomes visible and measurable. The system surfaces the drift. The operator closes it. Continuous improvement without continuous intervention.
Early coaching and delta-tracking mechanics already exist internally; this phase brings them fully into the product.
Toth
Workflow intelligence enters the system. Patterns surface across governed workflows over time. The system begins to see what a single operator cannot see across the full history of ratified decisions. Improvements are proposed. The human still decides. Always.
Currently in early discovery - a longer-horizon phase, not yet in active build.
Thought as Data
The assembly line runs while the system rests. Cross-workflow connections surface without being queried. Insights and relationships buried across the institutional memory are retrieved and presented. Hidden gems from across every workflow every organization has ever run through the system. Full cognitive SQL. Every ratified thought becomes queryable, connectable, and alive. The memory doesn't just record what the organization knew. It becomes what the organization knows.
